I actually don’t know where to start as so many positive things to report but firstly I guess the priority is to thank you for your support and business over the past 7 years. The business started in June 2009, right in the middle of a recession which I’m sure you can appreciate was tough going but we got through it. We have seen lots of changes over the years within the industry and we have built up some very loyal business partners along with a passionate team. We are just about to embark on year 8 with lots of exciting business plans ahead.
We have expanded the divisions in the business to include compliance. We can provide FORS bronze accreditation, H&S audits for all types of businesses, Fuel efficiency, driver inductions just to name a few of our service features…So the portfolio of services has grown and is now:
Drivers – Driver supply of all categories and types of work from temporary to permanent placements
Workforce – Warehouse operatives, forklift drivers and all personnel that support the transport and logistics industry
Careers – Transport and logistics permanent placements right up to senior management roles
Training – Driver CPC training
We also now have a fleet of vans and trailers which can carry up to 7 pallets saving you the cost of sending a larger vehicle. A new bespoke system is in the process of being developed where there will be an app to advise us of your ability, confirm shifts etc and make everyone’s lives easier.
We also have a couple of new team members in the last 6 months – Jo Ellis our Financial controller who is a fully qualified management accountant and keeps our behinds the scenes in order. Darren Barrett who deals with sales, resourcing and business development and Kinga Ballawenda who is the new accounts assistant based in Rugby. You are always welcome to call into our offices and join us for a cuppa, biscuits and meet the friendly team.
It only leaves me to say we have a peak period on the horizon, hope it’s a successful one and look forward to your continued support.
